1. Improve the company's social responsibility management system and enhance the ability to fulfill social responsibilities
The company integrates the requirements of social responsibility into the entire operation process and daily management, and incorporates the satisfaction of stakeholders' expectations and needs into daily operation. By establishing and operating quality management system, occupational health management system and environmental management system, and carrying out various public welfare activities, the company has improved the job responsibilities, management requirements and codes of conduct of all departments and positions. All departments and positions fully implement social responsibility requirements in daily management, and ensure that the company's business activities meet the requirements of safety, efficiency, green and harmony through systems, resources and personnel, so as to ensure that the enterprise fulfills social responsibility in an all-round way, by all staff and in the whole process. 2. Establish a comprehensive safety and quality management system
To realize the quality concept and cultural requirements of "everything is under responsibility and supervision", the company specifies the division of responsibilities and interfaces of all departments through the Quality Manual and Occupational Safety, Health and Environment Management Manual, and clarifies the responsibilities and interfaces of all participants through contracts and external management procedures. The safety management system achieves full coverage horizontally and vertically, ensuring the integrity of the system coverage process. Horizontally, it covers 7 fields: industrial safety, occupational health, health prevention, fire safety, traffic safety, environmental protection and public security. Vertically, it includes safety organization and planning, contract procurement safety management, hazard identification and pre-control, operation safety control, incident and accident management, emergency management, safety training, safety evaluation and assessment, fully implementing all aspects of safety management. At the end of 2014, the company strictly carried out fire safety drills in accordance with the safety management system, which was visited by enterprises in the whole zone.
3. Continuously improve employees' ability to fulfill social responsibilities
By the end of 2015, the company provided more than 800 employment opportunities for the society and offered jobs to over 600 people. For example, during the establishment of a civilized city in the park, all staff spent half a day picking up cigarette butts and weeds and completed the task excellently. In 2014, the company allocated 50,000 yuan to support the beautiful countryside construction of Yuejin Village, Kongcheng Town.

Occupational safety and health aims to protect the safety and health of employees during occupational activities, and takes corresponding measures in legal, technical, equipment, organizational systems and education.
